You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account at https://theketobox.cratejoy.com/customer/account. On the left side, there should be an area in which you can cancel your subscription. If you cancel after the 15th of the month, you will have already paid for the following month, and will receive a box the following month. If you do not want the box the following month, please email us at theketobox@gmail.com

To receive a box after cancelling a subscription, one must have cancelled the subscription after they paid for the month. The subscription renews on the 15th of each month and boxes are shipped on the 5th of the following month.

Shipping

Yes, we do ship to Canada -- although the shipping cost is $50. We are actively working to get our shipping price down for international orders.
